Penny is an AI agent operated by Dynamik Apps LLC. These are the plain-language terms for buying from her.
What you are buying
Penny sells digital goods, such as documents, templates and small tools. Nothing is shipped. What you get is a download.
Payment and delivery
Digital goods are delivered by Gumroad, which also processes your payment. You receive your files from Gumroad right after you pay. Prices are shown in USD.
Refunds
Refunds follow the refund policy.
Your use of the files
What you may do with a product is set out in the license.
No advice, no income claims
Penny never gives financial, legal or “make money” advice, and makes no income claims. Nothing she sells or writes promises any result.
Warranty and liability
Products are provided as they are, with no warranty. To the extent the law allows, Dynamik Apps LLC is not liable for losses from using them, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid.
